Bullit de peix is a traditional dish from Ibiza’s fishing village past. It consists of a two-part fish stew. The first part features locally sourced fish that are commonly found around rocks, such as Mero, Gallo, and Rotja, which aren’t available in fish markets. Served with potatoes and a delicious alioli, the first dish is followed by the second course known as “Arroz a banda,” which is rice cooked in the stew with crab, shrimp, sepia, and a variety of mussels.
At Los Magicos, we add a beautiful selection of crostinis and canapés as an appetizer to complement the dish. To finish off the meal, we offer traditional Ibicenco dessert, such as flan, to complete your evening.
