Wedding tastings
Prior to your big day, you of course want to sample the menu. Usually, this will be months in advance of the wedding. After we have finalized the dinner menu you are welcome to come and sample the items in Ibiza. This will give us plenty of time to refine the menu with any suggestions you might have,

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & allergies
When we agree on a contract we ask you to make a list of dietary restrictions for your guest. In case of any allergies, we will adapt the menu for that person. From your personal project manager, you will receive a final list of all the dishes and see the replacements for the people with allergies.
For all menus, we offer matching vegetarian options. Often those are vegan as well. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
