Cooking Espetos for us started in a simple way. Just with friends and family on Sundays at one of Ibiza’s many remote beaches. it consists of seafood sticks grilled on an open flame. This dish is typically prepared in old fishing boats on the mainland of Spain.
At Los Magicos we have given our own unique twist to this boat. A modern and elegant way to prepare Espetos is the result. This station adds a touch of excitement to your event and provides a memorable experience for your guests.

Espetos often serve as an interactive way to add some flare to your appetizers. Food prepared on an open flame is always an aesthetically pleasing experience.
Espetos can be served tableside or served while your guests are mingling. It offers various possibilities such as sardines and gambas at the lower end. However, we can also prepare lobster, crabs, and octopus.
