Our stations
Our jamoneros (carvers) will ensure that each slice of ham is perfectly cut and served. Guests can choose between a range of different cuts, including thin, thick, and even marinated slices. Each cut is then finished with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkled with a dash of sea salt.

Our cutting station uses the finest Jamon Iberico, which has been aged for a minimum of 24 months. We carefully select the best pieces in order to guarantee the highest quality and most intense flavor. We then use artisanal carving and slicing techniques to ensure that each slice of jamón is perfectly cut to preserve the flavor and texture.
